Cashing

For you, your household, and everyone you split with

Money between people, kept honest.

Cashing records who gave what, who paid, and who owes whom. Track your own wallets, run a household’s bills, or split a dinner at the table. Everyone can be in it, even people without the app.

How it works

Made for the moments money changes hands.

  1. 01

    Handing over the bill money

Record the ₱6,000 you gave your partner for the bills as “Give money”. It counts toward what they owe back, and when the electric bill is paid from it, you both see where it went.

    Carl → Bea · Give money₱6,000.00
  2. 02

    Splitting at the table

Split equally, by exact amounts, by percent, by shares, or straight from the receipt. Add service charge, tax, tip and discounts, and record when more than one person paid. Everyone sees their share before the bill leaves the table.

    Split by receipt · 3 people₱2,640.00
  3. 03

    Checking what’s due this week

Set bills to repeat every week, month or year. Cashing reminds you at 9 AM the day before and on the day, even offline. Pay a bill from any wallet, or skip it this time.

Everything in the app

One ledger for every kind of money between people.

Personal tracking, a shared household and one-off splits live side by side, so a peso given in one place is never forgotten in another.

Wallets
Cash, bank, e-wallet and credit card, each with its own balance. Moving money between your own wallets isn’t counted as spending.
Income and expenses
Record money in and out with categories and notes. Delete a mistake and the wallet balance is put back.
Groups
A household for you and your partner or family, a trip, an event, or any group that splits costs: roommates, officemates, the barkada.
Splits
Equally, by amounts, %, shares or by receipt. Shared plates go to everyone who had some, and extras are spread by what each person ordered.
Give or pay back
Give money for shared costs, pay back what you owe, give a gift that doesn’t count toward anyone’s balance, or put money into and take it out of a household’s joint funds.
Balances
Every group shows who still owes whom. “You get back” and “You owe” are spelled out in words, never by color alone.
Bills
Repeating bills for you or the household, with reminders the day before and on the due date.
Debts
What you owe and what’s owed to you, outside any group. Pay in installments every week or month, record what was paid before, and see what’s left.
Budgets
A monthly limit per category, with what’s left so far. Copy last month’s budgets in one tap.
Reports
Income and spending over the last six months, spending by category, and each person’s share of a group’s spending.
Activity and notifications
A running history of what was recorded, plus alerts for bills, debts and link requests.
App lock
Lock Cashing with its own PIN and unlock with your fingerprint or face. Choose how soon it locks after you leave the app.

People without the app

Everyone counts, account or not.

Most of the people you share money with won’t install anything. Cashing doesn’t need them to.

  1. 1

    Add them by name

Mom, your yaya, a friend from the trip. Add them once and reuse them in any group. In a household, a guest can even keep a wallet that you track for them.

  2. 2

    They join later

Send a link request to their account email, or share an invite code they enter in the app. Codes expire in 7 days.

  3. 3

    Nothing links without a yes

The other side always approves first, and either of you can unlink later. History stays; they simply become a guest again.

Privacy

Private where it should be, shared where it has to be.

Your wallets stay yours

Split partners see the shared expense and who paid, never which of your wallets it came from.

Your PIN never leaves your phone

The app lock PIN and your fingerprint or face are checked on the device and never sent to us.

No ads, no tracking

Cashing has no ads and no third-party analytics. We don’t sell your data or connect to your bank.

Delete whenever you want

Delete your account from the app. Private records are erased; shared ones stay for the others as “Deleted user”.

The details are in our privacy policy.

Free while Cashing is in early access.

Every feature is open to everyone for now. When early access ends, new accounts will start with a free month, then a subscription. If you don’t subscribe, everything you recorded stays there to view. We’ll announce prices well before anything changes.
